In our work together, you’ll learn to recognize the stories your body is telling—the tension you carry, the emotions you’ve pushed down, the exhaustion that won’t quit no matter how much you sleep. Through somatic experiencing, EMDR, and other modalities, we’ll help your nervous system understand that it’s safe to rest.

  • Each 45–50 minute session costs $175.

  • I do not, but I can provide a “Super Bill” that you can file with your insurance for potential reimbursement if you have out of network benefits.

  • Yes! You can add that as your primary payment option through my online portal.

  • You can book appointments easily through my online portal, or via text, or email! The online portal is the fastest way to book appointments.

  • It’s ok to be nervous about your appointment! It’s a brave thing to come to therapy for the first time! It’s also very normal and very ok to feel “raw” after the first few sessions. My goal is to provide you with skills to help guide you through the process and get you on your way to healing.

  • It totally depends on the person, their history, and their current circumstances. It could take a few sessions, or it could take multiple. Therapy is a process and not a formula, and I’m here to support you through whatever life has for you.
